Jobs Bill Signed, Health Reform Price Tag $940 Billion

President Obama signed the latest jobs bill into law Thursday, providing tax breaks to businesses that hire unemployed Americans. The Congressional Budget Office said the health reform package will cost $940 billion over the coming decade. President Obama again delayed his Asia/Pacific trip for the health reform vote, expected Sunday.
